The brief from the client was to create a hotel lounge environment for the lobby and reception area. Warm and cozy atmosphere with a wood burning fireplace welcomes visitors to the newly completed Aitio Business Park. GI always aims for energy efficient and sustainable design solutions. This building strives for first BREEAM Excellent certificate.
