Asset managers next door to innovation hub
The financial services company FIM was looking for new premises for quite a while, hoping to find a place to combine presentable customer spaces with functional working environment. Gullstén-Inkinen helped FIM with their search for the new location and we suggested the Mikonkatu 9 property, home to Epicenter Helsinki, that we renovated last year.
The goal was to bring the staff together from separate offices to a more communal set-up. The new FIM office is a modern multi-space office with a stylish conference center. The central location also provides a magnificent, urban view of Helsinki Central Railway Station.
