On the spring 2017 SEB moved to Eteläesplanadi 18 – into an old commercial and office building, that has undergone a major renovation.
From the very beginning the design process has aimed to enable SEB’s vision to deliver world-class service to their customers. To achieve this goal, the objective was to create a modern, first-class working environment that supports openness, cooperation and unity.
Together with SEB and its employees, GI created an office environment that offers multifunctional spaces for various types of working and a visual mixture of Scandinavian colors and materials, traditional craftmanship and design by talents of the younger Finnish designer generation.
The new office has obtained LEED Gold environmental certification. The office was designed for 350 employees.
