Something new, something old, something red.
Leading bakery operator Vaasan commissioned GI for a particularly delicious project: designing a space with a central and transparent, fully functional product testing and development kitchen within the office environment. The kitchen had to be strategically placed to enable easy and unobtrusive goods delivery without disturbing office environment. Vaasan’s wanted also to offer its employees the freedom to choose where and how to work on each day of the week by providing a variety work areas with sound-absorbing qualities for optimal concentration and team work. Some of the existing furniture was refurbished to minimize cost and environment.
