When assigned rooms were removed, web developers came out to play.
When Cybercom Turku relocated to new premises, GI supported the transition by providing a pilot office. It would also serve as a model to their subsequent new offices in Helsinki and Tampere.
Cybercom’s bold decision to opt for an open layout allowed us to make the most of the relatively small new space. With no assigned rooms blocking the view, the space appears much larger than its actual size. The new working environments support different types of working needs, for instance, the long, creatively shaped tables invited web developers to change their way of working by working together.
