Modern coworking space in a historical building
In the heart of Tallinn, UMA Maakri is located in a site protected by local heritage agency. UMA coworking space was implemented at the same time when the whole building experienced a complete renovation. The special history of the building was an inspiration for the design process. Specific theme colors on each floor emphasizes the fine architecture of the building.
The objective of the workspace design was to create an adjustable and clearly recognizable UMA space concept that flexibly suits many different ways of working while also representing Nordic design.
Coworking space concept enables people to focus on their work and at the same time have a community around them. UMA Maakri offers twenty office rooms and five meeting rooms.
