The premier Modernist property from 1933 on Hämeenkatu 19 was refurbished according to plans by GI.
The offices were modernized into flexible and convertible workspaces, while respecting the building's original architecture and history. Some elements of the building’s original interiors, such as the main stairwell, which was restored to its original splendor, were preserved, .
