Renewal of the facility will be made with respect of the original architecture. The building is listed and is the property of Auratum real estate Ltd.
The building was designed by architect Väinö Vähäkallio with Antero Pernaja and Georg Jägerroos in 1933 as a headquarters for OTK . Listed areas inside the building include the main hall with its stairway.
