We are looking for an experienced professional for Financial Manager. You will work with two family-owned companies, Gullstén-Inkinen Oy and INTO Concept Oy. To be successful in this position, you have an independent approach and responsible attitude. You will take care of corporate invoicing, sales and purchase ledgers, accounting, preliminary payroll administration, financial reporting, and budgeting. In addition, you will analyse finance indicators, make forecasts, and support management. There is also a separate accounting firm to assist with operations.
We prefer for example, a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Work experience in financial administration must be strong, at least 5-10 years. Experience in an accounting firm and accounting skills are considered an advantage. Your ways of working are proactive, accurate, positive and flexible. The job requires good IT skills. You know your ways around in Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Excel. In financial management, we use Visma’s Netvisor and Severa software. Knowledge of them is considered an advantage.
We hope you are a problem solver and enthusiastic about developing processes and reporting tools. Good interaction skills are important because you will work with sales, supply chain management, project managers and top management. You communicate fluently both in Finnish and English.
